How is your program different from the others?
The
vast majority of the Real Estate programs being marketed
today are actually publishing companies selling real
estate investment information. Partner2Succeed is an
active, working Real Estate Investment Company. The
techniques and forms you will be using are the exact
same ones we use to do our transactions every day.
Additionally, we provide all the resources necessary to
structure, fund, and close your transactions in
house. Once you register your transaction with
Partner2Succeed, we will handle the rest and send
you a check when it closes.
Do you help me find the properties that are for sale?
Yes.
We not only show you where to look for properties, but
how to advertise for sellers to call you. Sample
advertisements are included in the program that can be
easily customized with your information. The
Partner2Succeed program also teaches you methods for
finding and working with properties that aren’t even
advertised for sale, giving you a clear advantage over
competing investors.
Do you help in finding Buyers for real estate?
Yes.
There will never be a shortage of Buyers for your
properties. Using the methods you learn in our course,
you will learn how to pre-screen Buyers, organize them
into lists, and keep them up to date. After a few
months, many of our associates rarely have to advertise
properties for sale, as they already have a list of
pre-qualified Buyers waiting to buy.
How long does it take to complete a typical transaction
and get paid?
Once
you have a Buyer under contract for a property, it
typically takes 30 to 45 days to close the transaction.
Depending on the state you are in, your check is usually
sent within 3 days of closing.
How much money should I expect to make on each
transaction?
How
much or how little you are willing to do a deal for is
ultimately up to you. We will teach you how to quickly
evaluate deals so you can focus on the more profitable
ones. Really, any deal where there is a profit to be
made can be workable, the question is whether it is
worth your time or not. Deals with more profit
potential in them allow you to work with a wider range
of buyers and close quicker. It sounds funny, but the
deals with the most profit are the easiest ones to get
done! Although the amount you make on a typical
transaction will depend on you and your market, to
answer the question most of our associates make between
$5000 and $20,000+.
Are there contracts I must purchase?
Everything you need to complete a transaction is
included with the program. You will receive a CD Rom
with all of the documents in easy to modify MS Word
format. Additionally, sample filled out forms are
provided for your convenience.
Do I need any type of real estate license?
No.
You need no special licensing to use our techniques.
Do I need good credit to be successful with this program?
No.
You can use the techniques regardless of your credit
situation.
What is the initial investment for getting started with
this?
Time.
Of course, there is a cost for the materials and
training. However, your greatest investment will be
your time. The more time you are willing to devote to
building your business, the more successful you will be.
Do I need to take any courses to understand how this all
works?
Our
course manual walks you through a typical transaction
from start to finish. It includes scripts for working
with Sellers and Buyers, sample advertisements, and
sample filled out forms. Additionally, we provide live
one-on-one training on each aspect of the transaction.
You can schedule a live training session by phone once a
week, or attend a 2-day workshop that is held one
weekend each month in
Salt Lake City,
UT.
Do you provide ongoing support once I finish my training?
Yes.
When you join our program, you will be provided with a
user name and password for the Associates area of our
website. You can use the search feature to find
discussions and answers to your questions, or post your
question for our team and other Associates to help you
with. When you have a transaction in progress, you will
be working directly with a representative in our
mortgage department every step of the way.
What is the difference between being a real estate agent
and joining Partner2Succeed?
The
biggest difference is that as a real estate agent, you
would be working for commissions, which are generally
between 1 and 6%. As an Investor, you are working for
profits, which are virtually unlimited.
Being an Investor also does not require licensing, as
you never represent anyone but yourself. Because you
will learn many different techniques not just to sell
houses, but also to solve problems, you will be
able to work with Sellers and Buyers that Real Estate
agents are unable or unwilling to help. This equates to
more money and less competition.
